Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Sokhov Transport & Removals wants everyone to be able to use this website to find out about our services and ask for a quote. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

Current status

We believe this website partly meets WCAG 2.2 AA. We have tested it with automated tools, including Google Lighthouse, and fixed the issues they found. It has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so there may be problems we have not found.

What we have done

Form fields in the quote form have visible labels that are linked to the fields, so screen readers can announce them.
Photos and logos have text descriptions.
Text and buttons use colour combinations chosen to be readable against their backgrounds.
The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens.
Animations are switched off for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email as well as through the quote form.

Known limitations

The moving date field uses the date picker built into your browser. How it looks and works depends on your device and browser.
The website needs JavaScript to work.
Some parts of the page fade in as you scroll, which may be harder to read until fully visible.

Tell us about a problem

If you find something on this website that is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us what the problem is, which page it is on and what device or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to fix the problem or offer another way to help you.
